Privacy at cubidexa
We collect as little as a small editorial studio in Droitwich can collect and still answer the mail. UK GDPR applies. This page is the record of that.
Who we are
cubidexa is the data controller. You can write to us at 78 Tagwell Rd, Droitwich WR9 7AQ, UK, or email [email protected]. We do not have a separate data-protection officer; editorial staff handle requests.
What we collect
If you email or telephone, we keep the contents of that conversation so we can reply. If you accept cookies, we store a consent flag in your browser’s local storage. The site itself is static pages. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell lists.
Our hosting provider and DNS will process technical logs (IP address, user agent, time of request) as a by-product of serving the pages. Those logs are used to keep the site up and to investigate abuse, not to profile readers.
Lawful basis
Correspondence is processed because you asked us something (legitimate interests in answering, and contract if we later agree paid work). Consent storage is based on your choice. Logs are legitimate interests in operating a website.
How long we keep it
Email is kept for up to two years unless a legal claim requires longer. Consent flags live in your browser until you clear them. Server logs follow our host’s standard rotation, typically under ninety days.
Your rights
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold.
- Rectify inaccurate details.
- Erasure, where the law allows.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will answer within one month.
